You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s).
We guarantee to issue you a return in the following situations:
- The products are defective.
- You received a different size from what you ordered.
- You received a different product from what you ordered.
To initiate a return, please contact us via live chat or email support. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:
- Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
- Unwashed and Unworn
- Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days from your request is accepted. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
After contacting our supports and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions:
- Download/print the return label on the email instruction.
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to our address.
Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you and less any priority processing fee paid.
We are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues.
If we approve or reject to refund in your case for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.
The Restocking Fee will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on there will not be any restocking fee).
So you will lose 20% of the price of the item you placed.
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, customer don’t have to pay for return shipping or the restocking fee.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR REFUND?
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

Secondly, each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

Please contact us with your order number and the clear photos showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item.
However, we can offer you a non-profit item with correct size/ color/ design you want. You will only have to pay shipping fee and handling fee, we will notice you about this total fee.
You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of processing before we can send you a new tracking number.
Lastly, since your order is picked from many warehouse just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.
